Jaime is a very lonely man, by his choice of course and he wouldn't have it any other way. Well, he was a lonely man until a few particular individuals forced themselves into his life. Those said individuals being Edwin, Sunburst, Quincey, and many more. He spends most of his time down in his makeshift lab secretly working on various projects. These projects include pharmacy since he has basically become something of a pharmacist for criminals. Never does he give his medicine or poisons away for free, of course. He uses their money to fund his other various personal projects that include more potent substances. Ones that leave victims incapacitated. Only for his use. He has also been trying to cure himself of an unknown disease he's had all his life. Jaime and Edwin are the few rogues who are known to work together to bring Pasedonia City to its metaphorical knees.
During Jaime's time as a forensic psychologist, he kidnapped and conducted multiple unethical experiments upon some of his colleagues which would end him up in Golden Valley to begin his treatment. His thirst for knowledge is infinite and he will do whatever it takes to understand.
Trivia✰ Jaime has chickens he takes care of and has imaginary conversations with. He also has some rats around and a wild raven he calls Cinder. He's most attached to his chickens.
✰ Due to some instilled beliefs from his father, he thought himself to be ill. He is not actually ill but still thinks there is something wrong with him.
✰ Bird enthusiast.
✰ He stares at people to make them uncomfortable for fun.
✰ Jaime sometimes reads Edwin to sleep if he's in a good mood. Same with dancing, they both like to dance with each other.
✰ Therapists almost hated working with him, or at least were annoyed with him, back at Golden Valley because Jaime would try and psychoanalyze his therapists. He was smug about it too.
✰ Definitely used to play with Pokemon and Magic the Gathering cards. Still has a bin full of them somewhere in a closet.
✰ He is in excruciating amounts of debt from many different people, but aren't we all? He tries his best to avoid those people like the plague.
✰ Jaime has somniphobia (fear of falling and staying asleep).
✰ Occasionally paints his fingernails black. Goth icon tbh.
✰ He doesn't smile often but when he does he goes out of his way to make it extremely unnerving.
Edwin Welch
Alias: The Puppeteer

Demeanor: Frivolous, whimsical, soft-spoken
Edwin is a chronically lonely man, but unlike Jaime, it’s not because he chooses to. More so, it’s because he ends up accidentally pushing people away. Most people just think of him as a public nuisance or a threat. Much to his dismay. He uses his hypnotic ability mainly for him and his sister, Jinx’s, shows, and to help out Jaime with their plans. He occasionally helps out other rogues, though it’s not common. He refers to Jinx by his deceased sister’s name, Lilith, because he genuinely believes that she is his biological sister. He has a problem getting himself caught up in his own fantasy world that he’s created within his mind that sometimes he can’t decipher what's reality and what isn't. His imagination has always been more kind to him than reality ever has the heart to be anyways. To him, it would be best if he could stay within his own imagination forever, if he's happy why should it matter?
He can’t remember much of anything from his childhood and so he sometimes partakes in activities that would be considered childish in order to cope. He has very vague memories of putting on puppet shows for his bedridden sister.
Trivia✰ Edwin doesn't handle loneliness well and often needs someone around him to feel emotionally functional.
✰ Edwin is a paranoid schizophrenic.
✰ He loathed his time at Golden Valley until he met Jaime. They had their complications are first, petty arguments and such. But eventually, they gained a mutual respect for one another.
✰ Edwin and Lilith put on shows at local bars and clubs. These shows consist of ventriloquism, hypnotism, and magic.
✰ If there is no one around he will resort to talking with his handmade puppets.
✰ Doesn't have any sense of personal space and isn't too good with social cues or boundaries.
✰ Edwin keeps a picture of his sister in the locket he always wears. He gets uneasy if he isn't wearing it. Exceptions for when he sleeps and showers.
✰ He has a strong affinity for fairytales, his favorites being Beauty and the Beast, Pinocchio, and Snow White.
✰ He still isn't aware that he is projecting his dead sister onto Jinx and genuinely thinks she is his sister.

Wozwald is Pasedonia's most infamous and aggravating rogue. They don't have a concrete schedule for when they commit their crimes, it seems to be a spur-of-the-moment thing. What is always consistent though, is that they always commit their crimes with their closest friend, Sunburst. Their ultimate goal is to be an embodiment of chaos and just to enjoy life. Life is one big joke to them after all, they might as well have some fun with it. Most of their crimes consist of robberies and mildly inconvenient pranks. Sometimes there will be an occasional explosion or two. Who gave this guy explosives?
Wozwald has no prior records, no traceable origin, nothing. It's like they just appeared one day out of thin air. Therapists have been able to get backstory confessions out of them before but all those had turned out to be nothing more than simple fibs. Depending on the person, their story changes. It's speculated that they had lived out on the streets of Pasedonia for most of their life but that's just speculation. They seem to get great pleasure in confusing people.
Trivia✰ They have a pet pinata that's named Yata. Just a non-sentient pinata.
✰ There is nothing Wozwald hates more than boredom. Avoiding boredom is the main driving force for their actions.
✰ Their name assigned at birth was Oswald but they changed it to Wozwald because they wanted to be different.
✰ Enjoys giving people annoying nicknames.
✰ They voluntarily choose not to think too hard about things because thinking leads to them not being able to stop thinking and they'd rather just shut their brain off for a while. It makes them look stupid which is far from the truth, there is more than meets the eye.
✰ They would often encourage the fights that happened back at Golden Valley and occasionally join in.
✰ Has a stash of dead Tamagotchis somewhere.
✰ Wozwald has a bunch of facial scars from years of getting into fights, it's half the reason why they wear clown make-up. The other half is because they think it looks pretty.
